• the product has been exposed to high or cold temperature (Operate and store this product within the temperature
range of 59 °F to 113 °F (15 °C to 45 °C) only) or extreme humidity range (greater than 60%) or other extreme
environmental conditions;
• where the serial number has been removed, modified, falsified, altered, replaced, erased, defaced or made illegible.
If one or more the above-mentioned items are observed upon inspection by Louis Vuitton, then Louis Vuitton Horizon
speaker will not be covered by this US Limited Warranty.
In addition, this US Limited Warranty will not apply to normal wear and tear, such as the wear and aging
of the Louis Vuitton Horizon speaker due to normal usage, including any material surface degradation due
to the normal usage of the product, scratches on the exterior of the device, dust intrusion or degraded surfaces,
change of color of parts due to exposure to solar radiation or contact with any chemical substance, or to degradation
of autonomy performance due to the electric and electronic components' normal aging.
