Where the defect cannot be remedied or is of a substantial character, you are entitled to either reject the goods
and obtain a replacement or reject the goods and obtain a refund. In addition, you may obtain damages for any loss
or damage suffered (other than the reduction of the value of the goods) as a result or consequence of the defect.
You may lodge a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for any loss suffered or any matter concerning
your interests as a consumer under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act of 1999.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Mexico
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under applicable law,
which may not be excluded. The international limited guarantee shall be honored by Louis Vuitton in its official stores
located in Mexico. Official Stores and its domiciles are listed at louisvuitton.com.
In addition to your rights above, any repaired Louis Vuitton Horizon speaker subject to the international limited
guarantee delivered to you after its term will have an additional term of 90 calendar days counted from the delivery
of the repaired Louis Vuitton Horizon speaker. This additional term is only valid when repaired Louis Vuitton Horizon
