Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to the Czech Republic
This international limited guarantee is provided at the discretion of Louis Vuitton and gives you specific legal
rights which may be exercised in addition to other rights and remedies available to consumers under the laws
of the Czech Republic governing sale of consumer goods. National rights and remedies are not affected
by this international limited guarantee.

If a defect in the Louis Vuitton Horizon speaker occurs within six months from the date of purchase, the law presumes
that the speaker was defective on the date of purchase and therefore not compliant with the contract. Depending
on the nature of the defect, the non-conformity with the contract can be substantial or non-substantial.
