speaker have been delivered outside the original term of the international limited guarantee. Any repaired Louis Vuitton
Horizon speaker delivered within the term of the international limited guarantee is subject to the original term
of the international limited guarantee. The international limited guarantee term of the repaired spare parts shall be also
of 90 calendar days.
If the purchase of the product was done through official retailers or distributors by remote (TV, phone, Internet)
or direct means (official retailers, distributors), any shipping cost to honor the international limited guarantee
(either return, refunds or repairs) shall be borne by you at all time.
If customer does not have a valid guarantee stamp properly filled out and signed by a Louis Vuitton's store in order
to honor or to make valid the international limited guarantee, the receipt/ticket/invoice issued in the purchase
of the good may be used to make this international limited guarantee valid, provided the receipt/ticket/invoice
establishes the brand, model, serial number and any other specific data related to the Louis Vuitton Horizon speaker
subject to the warranty.
