b) if you have not already requested a specific remedy, you shall accept the offer or reject it by choosing another
remedy pursuant to what above.
If the non-conformity is of only minor importance, for which it is impossible or disproportionate to complete the remedies
of repair or replacement, you are not entitled to terminate the contract.
Louis Vuitton shall be held liable where the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years as from delivery
of the Louis Vuitton goods.
You lose your consumer's rights if you do not inform Louis Vuitton Client Care Service of the lack of conformity
by no later than two months after the date on which you discovered it. This notification shall not be required
if Louis Vuitton has acknowledged the existence of the lack of conformity or has concealed it.
Except where proven otherwise, it shall be assumed that the defects arising by six months after the delivery
of the Louis Vuitton goods already existed on that date, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature
of the Louis Vuitton goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.
