This guarantee: (i) is independent of any guarantee that may be provided by the manufacturer, for which he carries sole
responsibility; (ii) does not affect your statutory rights towards the seller, the manufacturer or the distributor.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Malaysia
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under Malaysian law,
which cannot be excluded. Nothing in this international limited guarantee purports to limit, modify, take away from,
disclaim, exclude or suspend any mandatory guarantee requirements provided or non-excludable statutory rights
you may have under the laws of Malaysia.
If your goods are defective and can be remedied, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
Where Louis Vuitton cannot reasonably be expected to repair or replace the defective goods, you are entitled
to a refund. If Louis Vuitton refuses or neglects to remedy the failure of the goods or refuses or neglects to do so
within a reasonable time you may have the failure remedied elsewhere and obtain all reasonable costs incurred
in having the failure remedied reimbursed by Louis Vuitton.
