7. Remove the mains plug from the plug socket and allow the device to cool down.
8. Clean the device after each use (see the "Cleaning" chapter). Do not allow any food
residues to dry on the device.
Using the Rotating Spit
This insert is ideal for grilling poultry (roast chicken etc.), spit roast or rolled roast meat.

1. Slide one of the rotating spit forks onto the ro-
tating spit and lock the fork in place using the
locking screw.
2. Slide the roasting chicken or roast etc. onto the
rotating spit.
3. Slide the other rotating spit fork onto the rotating
spit and lock the fork in place with the locking
screw.
4. Make sure that the grooves on the rotating spit
are opposite the locking screws.
5. Insert the rotating spit containing the food into
the device.
6. Make sure that you insert the smooth side into
the rotating spit holder on the device.
