POWER TAKE-OFF

(data refers to 3,600 rpm)
The machines are equipped with n° 2 rear
P T.O. - 1 independent at 2 speeds 585 and
900 rpm and the other synchronized with
the gearbox.
The independent P.T.O. is activated by means
of lever 7 (Fig. 2).
- With handlebars in tilling position look at the
red symbols on the plate.
- With handlebars in front implements position
(mower bar) look at the yellow symbols on
the plate.
N.B.: Always use the clutch lever when
wanting to engage or disengage the P.T.O.
When the reverse gear is engaged the
P.T.O. will be cut off automatically. The
P.T.O.'s rotation is clockwise.

DIFFERENTIAL LOCK

(Fig. 6)
The motorcultivators are equipped with a
differential and its corresponding locking
device as standard. To lock the differential,
turn lever 8 (Fig. 2), placed on the right hand
side of the handlebar column.
N.B.: The locking device can be activated
whilst motor cultivator is running, on
condition that wheels do not skid. In this
case disengage the clutch, engage the
lock and slowly release the clutch.
ATTENTION - Do not use the
differential lock on a bend.

HANDLEBARS

(Fig. 2)
Adjustment in height (vertical sense) allows
10 positions, obtained with lever n° 6.
Side adjustment (horizontal sense) allows
6 positions (3 with handlebars in normal
position + 3 with handlebars reversed by
180°), which are obtained with lever n° 10.

ROTATION OF HANDLEBAR FOR USE
WITH FRONTAL IMPLEMENTS
IMPORTANT: This operation must be
carried out with the engine switched off
and the gear in idle, and the following
instructions must be followed.
1) Place the gear control and PTO handle in
idle position.
2) When the machine has independent
mechanical brakes, release the two cables
before turning the handlebars and hang up
when operation is finished (Fig.8A).
