the obligations of Diono and the original consumer purchaser's remedies under the limited
warranty contained herein are exclusive and are strictly limited to the repair or replacement of
the product. This limited warranty is conditional upon strict compliance with the provisions of the
product instruction manual. In no event will Diono be liable to you for any damages, including
incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
Excluded from the additional warranty are any Nuna, or other branded car seats sold at diono.
com. See additional Warranty Limitations listed above for further details.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
The warranty and remedies as set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or
written, express or implied. In no event will Diono or the retailer selling Diono products, be liable
for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or
inability to use this product.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND OTHER WARRANTY TERMS AND STATE LAWS
Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fi tness for a
particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty.
USA: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply.
This warranty gives you specifi c legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from
state to state. Neither Diono, nor the retailer selling this product, authorizes any person to
create for it any other warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with the product.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Diono LLC Diono Ltd, and Diono GmbH reserves the right to issue refunds in its sole discretion.
All refund off ers expire 35 days after the issuance of a shipping label by Diono. Diono will only
receive returns that have a valid "Return Authorization Number" clearly visible on the return
label provided. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the original consumer purchaser. All
other returns will be refused. ALL returns are subject to inspection and fi nal approval by Diono
LLC, Diono Ltd, and Diono GmbH . The original consumer purchaser assumes risk of lost or
damaged product while in transit to Diono. For more information, please contact Diono
