The general mechanical assembly is pretty simple. But the assembly must be done
with care and fine tuned. The way you will build and maintain your helicopter
mechanics will determine the way it will fly and it's reliability. A good assembly and
tuning will allow a smooth and vibration free operation.

gear matching, bearing instalation, etc. In case you would have any doubt, always
require the help and check from an experienced modeller or your local hobby store.

toutes les articulations, roulements, butées, engrenages, etc... sont
parfaitement libres et ne présentent aucun point dur. En cas de doute, mieux
vaut faire contrôler votre modèle. Notre noble discipline ne tolère pas les
approximations...

Even if you do not see them, there will always be a few vibrations in a helicopter
mechanic. For that reason, it is necessary to apply thread lock and bearing sealant
where indicated. Please check first that the parts are clean and grease free. Never
use Thread lock or Bearing sealant if one of the part is plastic made. The plastic
would crack after some time and could cause a flight failure or an accident.

Quelque soit la qualité du montage et des réglages, il subsistera toujours

quelques vibrations. Il est impératif de respecter scrupuleusement les
indications pour l'application de frein filet et/ou de scelle roulement. Assurez-
vous que les pièces à traiter sont bien dégraissées. N'utilisez jamais de frein
filet ou scelle roulement si une des pièces concernée est en plastique ! Le
plastique se fragiliserait et un risque de panne mécanique ou d'accident est
possible !

Mostly, any metal / metal assembly requires thread lock.

D'une manière générale, toutes les liaisons métal / métal doivent être montées
avec frein filet.
