9. do not exceed a weight of 20 kg per extension.
10. Warning: never place your hands inside the area designated as the hazardous area by the pictogram while the tool is operating.
11. always keep the workpiece properly applied against the guide fence and the table. do not perform free-hand operations.
12. important: if the workpiece is such that the hands need to be located less than 10 cm from the saw blade, the piece must be clamped to the
table before cutting.
13. Make sure that the blade is properly sharpened and that it can turn freely with no vibrations.
14. let the motor reach full speed before starting to cut.
15. keep the motor air circulation openings clean and free of chips.
16. always make sure that the fastening levers are fastened before starting to cut.
17. Make sure that the blade and flanges are clean and that the spindle screw is tight.
18. only use original flanges with the saw.
19. never use blades with a diameter that is larger or smaller than that recommended.
the recommended blade diameter is between 240 and 250 mm.
20. never lubricate the blade when it is turning.
21. always check the blade for cracks and damage before use.
immediately replace the blade if cracked or damaged.
22. use only blades designed to operate at speeds of at least 6500 rpm.
23. only use blades with a bore diameter of 30 mm.
24. use the blade guard at all times.
25. the lower blade guard must always be in place and operating correctly.
26. always keep your hands away from the path of the blade.
27. never reach around or behind the blade.
28. Make sure that the blade is not touching the workpiece before switching it on.
29. important: after cutting, release the switch and wait for the blade to stop before moving up the saw.
30. the use of accessories that are not recommended by psp outillage may lead to injuries.
31. Make sure that the blade comes to a complete stop before you move or clamp the workpiece, change the angle of the workpiece or change the
angle of the blade.
32. never cut ferrous metals or masonry.
33. never re-cut small pieces.
34. ensure that long pieces are appropriately supported on both sides of the table.
35. never use the mitre saw in a place with flammable liquids or gas.
36. never use solvents to clean plastic parts. solvents may dissolve or damage the material. just wipe plastic parts clean with a moist cloth.
37. disconnect the saw from the power supply before maintenance work or changing the blade.
38. after use, disconnect the saw from the power supply and clean it.
39. Make sure that the working area is clean before leaving the machine.
40. if any part of the saw is missing, damaged or faulty or if an electrical part does not work correctly, switch off the saw and disconnect it from
the power socket. replace the missing, damaged or faulty part before restarting the saw.
41. please keep these instructions for future use. refer to them frequently and use them to inform users.
