Instant Reheat / Cook (Réchauffement/cuisson
instantanés) Settings
The following table presents the various Réchauffement/cuisson
instantané (Instant Reheat & Cook) Programmes, quantities, standing
times and appropriate recommendations.

1. Boissons 150 ml(1cup) 1-2 mins Pour the liquid into ceramic cups and reheat
(Chilled) 300 ml(2cups) uncovered. Place 1 cup in the centre, 2 cups
Coffee, milk, tea, 450 ml(3cups) opposite of each other and 3 or 4 cups in a
water 600 ml(4cups) circle. Leave them to stand in the microwave
oven. Stir the drinks before and after
standing time and be careful while taking the
cups out (see safety instructions for liquids).
2. Plats Prêts 300-350 g 3 mins. Put the meal on a ceramic plate and cover it
(Chilled) 400-450 g with microwave cling film. This programme is
500-550 g suitable for the meals consisting of 3
compo-nents (e.g. meat with sauce,
vegetables andside dishes like potatoes, rice
or pasta).
3. Cuisson 2 x 300 - 350 g 2 mins. Put each meal on a ceramic plate and cover
Simultanée 2 x 400 - 450 g it with microwave cling film. This programme
is suitable for the meals consisting of 3
compo-nents (e.g. meat with sauce,
vegetables and side dishes like potatoes,
rice or pasta). Place one plate on the
turntable and the other one the rack.
4. Légumes 200-250 g 3 mins. Weigh the vegetables after washing,
Frais 300-350 g cleaning and cutting into a similar size. Put
400-450 g them into a glass bowl with lid. Add 45 ml (3
500-550 g tablespoons) water when cooking 200-450

Using the Auto Defrost (Auto Dégivrage) Feature
The Auto Defrost (Auto Dégivrage) feature enables you to defrost
meat, poultry, fish. The defrost time and power level are set
automatically.
You simply select the programme and the weight.

Use only dishes that are microwave-safe.
First, place the frozen food in the centre of the turntable and close the
door.
1. Select the type of food that you are cooking by pressing
the Auto Dégivrage button one or more times.
(Refer to the table on the next page for further details)
2. Select the food weight by pressing the Haut/Bas button.
It is possible to set up to a maximum of 2000g
3. Press the Démarrer button.
Result :
N Defrosting begins.
N The oven beeps halfway through
defrosting to remind you to turn the food
over.
N Press Start button again to finish
defrosting.

You can also defrost food manually. To do so, select the
microwave cooking/reheating function with a power level of
180W. Refer to the section entitled " Cooking/Reheating" on page
7 for further details.
