Before first use

Remove all packaging, both inside and outside the
oven, before using the appliance. Do not remove
the rating plate.
When you connect the appliance to the electrical
supply or in case of a power cut, the Time function
indicator flashes
To set the current time use the Temperature/Time control
knob. After approx. 5 seconds the flashing stops and the
clock displays the time of the day set.
If the time of the day is not set the appliance does not
work.
Initial cleaning
Clean the appliance before first use. Clean the
accessories and the oven interior with a soft cloth with
warm water and soap.
After that preheat the oven up without food.
Preheating
Turn the oven function control knob to
the oven for 45 minutes at maximum temperature, to burn
off any residue from the cavity surface. Accessories can
become hotter than in normal use. During this period an
odour can be emitted. This is normal. Make sure the room
is well ventilated. Repeat this procedure
grilling" for about 5-10 minutes.
To open the oven door, always hold the
handle in the centre.

Oven control knobs
The illustration shows the symbols and their meaning on
the oven control button.

Oven off.
Turning on the oven light.
Convetional Cooking: the heat comes from
above and below, guaranteeing an even heat
inside the oven.
Single grill: for grilling small portions of food.
Dual grill: this function uses the whole of the oven's
grilling capacity. Recommended for large portions
of food.
Thermal grill: This function offers an alternative
method of cooking food items, normally associated
with conventional grilling. In this case, the grill
element and the oven fan operate at the same
time, so that the hot air circulates around the food.
Select a maximum temperature of 200 °C.
Hot-Air: permits roasting or roasting and baking
at the same time using any shelf, without mixing
flavours.
Defrost: the oven fan operates without generating
heat and causes the air to circulate at room
temperature inside the oven. This function is
specially suitable for defrosting delicate foodstuffs,
which could be damaged by heating.
Pyrolytic cleaning: his process burns off particles
of dirt inside the oven, which can be removed with a
cloth once the oven has cooled. The oven is heated
to approx. 500 °C.
