KOMET MicroKom BluFlex ® 2
The tool is usually operated as follows:
- Fit boring bars, serrated bodies or bridges with cutting edge holders and
inserts with the MicroKom BluFlex ® 2 precision adjustment head.
- Always use the specified tightening torques
- Before adjusting the slide, loosen the clam-
ping screw, adjust the slide, release the
tension slightly and then clamp.
Note: Always use a clamping torque of 8 Nm.
- Preset the cutting edge position in absolute
mode
- Adjust the premachining diameter on the
tool presetting device
- Always put all the screws in lightly (risk of
flying off)
- Always remove the adjustable spanner and
clamping spanner after adjustment and
before start-up
- Make the hole
- Measure
- Set precision adjustment in difference mode
