E Remove the four screws securing the cylinder
chassis to the cylinder body.
D Die vier Schrauben entfernen, mit denen der
Zylinderrahmen am Zylinderkörper befestigt ist.
E Lift off the piston and cylinder chassis as a
complete assembly.
D Den Kolben mit Zylinderrahmen als eine
Baugruppe entnehmen.
E Carefully pull the piston out of the cylinder
chassis.
D Den Kolben vorsichtig aus dem Zylinderrahmen
ziehen.
E Remove the screws securing the valve assembly.
D Die Schrauben entfernen, mit
Ventilbaugruppe befestigt ist.
E Take out the valve assembly.
D Die Ventilbaugruppe entnehmen.
E Change the O-rings on the piston valve and the
O-ring in the stem washer. Change any parts
that show signs of wear. Apply grease (Part no.
184943) to the O-rings.
D Die O-Ringe am Kolbenventil und den O-Ring
in der Spindelscheibe auswechseln. Sämtliche
Teile mit Verschleißerscheinungen auswechseln.
Fett (Artikel-Nr. 184943) auf die O-Ringe
auftragen.
E Assemble the spring, piston valve and washer.
D Feder, Kolbenventil und Scheibe montieren.

S Lossa de de fyra skruvarna till cylinderfästet.
F Retirer les quatre vis qui fixent le châssis du
cylindre sur le corps de cylindre.
S Lyft bort kolv och cylinderfäste.
F Sortir ensemble l'ensemble piston et le châssis.
S Drag ut kolven försiktigt ur cylinderfästet.
F Sortir avec précaution le piston du châssis du
cylindre.
S Demontera skruvarna som håller ventilen.
F Retirer les quatre vis qui retiennent l'ensemble
soupape.
S Tag bort ventilen.
F Sortir le bloc soupape.
S Byt o-ringarna på spindeln samt o-ringen i
spindelbrickan. Om någon del visar tecken på
slitage byt denna. Smörj in o-ringarna med fett, art.
nr 184943.
F Remplacer les joints toriques sur la soupape du
piston ainsi que le joint torique de la rondelle de la
tige. Remplacer toutes les pièces présentant des
signes d'usure. Graisser les joints toriques (Pièce
N° 184943).
S Montera fjäder, spindel och bricka.
F Assembler le ressort, la soupape de piston et la
rondelle.
