Undo the ISOFIX connectors (5)
on either side of the child re-
straint system. Hit the connect-
ing buttons (6) at the same time.

Push the ISOFIX extender but-
ton (4) and set it to its shortest
length.

Press the buttons (3) on the lower
section of the support stand and
place it horizontally underneath
the seat, i.e. in its original position.
Fold the front leg under the base.
TILT ANGLE AdJUsTMENT
4/a.
The i-Size restraint system has
two tilt positions for the baby's
safety and comfort. To change
the position, press the tilt button
on the front of the seat (8).

To adjust the tilt system (9) (fac-
ing forward or backwards), switch
from rotation to static mode.

UsING THE REsTRAINT sYsTEM
FACING BACKWARds
For babies between 40 and 87 cm tall.
Adjustable headrest (13 positions)
NOTE:
The reducers/head protectors
should be used until the baby is 60
cm tall.
NOTE:
The headrest provides the
best protection for your baby if it is
set to the right height. It can be set
to 13 different positions.

The headrest should be set so
there is a gap between the child's
shoulder and the headrest. Ad-
just the headrest by pulling on

the higher ring (11), unlocking
the mechanism and lowering it
into the right position based on
the child's height.
NOTE:
the shoulder strap is firmly at-
tached to the headrest and must be
adjusted separately.
NOTE:
The child restraint system can
be used facing backwards until the
child is 87 cm tall.
The seat can only face forwards if:
- The child is over 76 cm tall and at
least 15 months old. It is recommend-
able to use the child restraint system
facing backwards as long as possible.
- The headrest is set to the 7th posi-
tion (minimum).
NOTE:
For reasons of safety and ergo-
nomics, new-borns and babies that
cannot sit unaided until 1 year old
must travel facing backwards and in
the most tilted position.
WARNING!
If the product is facing the
rear, do not place it on a seat which
has an active front air bag installed.
360ºROTATION
The child restraint system can rotate
round 360º. This is to help you place
your baby in the system. It can also be
set to "forward-facing" or "rear-facing"
positions.

Rotate the child restraint system
seat by pushing down on the tilt
lever (8).

Place the seat in rotation mode.
WARNING! ROTATION POSITION:
when the restraint system is in rotation
mode and the indicator shows, can the
seat be rotated.

Now press the rotation button
(12). and rotate the seat towards
the car door, enabling the safety

belt to be fastened easily.
FAsTENING UsING THE BELT sYsTEM
Do not use the safety seat without its
cover or harness protectors.
The shoulder straps are firmly fixed in
place and must be adjusted separately.
NOTE:
Ensure the headrest is correctly
positioned before using the child re-
straint system.
NOTE:
Check there are no toys or hard
objects on the child restraint system.

Loosen the shoulder straps by
pressing on the setting button
(13) in the central section of the
seat and pulling on the straps at
the same time.
NOTE:
Do not pull on the protectors,
only on the straps.
7/b.
Unclip the belt from the buckle
by pressing on the red button.
NOTE:
Check the straps are adjusted to
the child's body and not twisted. Please
make sure the safety belt is near the
waist, as low as possible and closely
fitted.
Place the child on the seat.
Place the straps over the child's shoul-
ders.
7/c.
Push the buckles together and
fasten the lock with a "click".
7/d.
Carefully pull on the central sec-
tion of the strap to adjust the belt
suitably until the child's body is
enveloped by the straps.
UsING THE REsTRAINT sYsTEM
Only
FACING FORWARds
For babies between 76 and 105cm
tall. Adjustable headrest (13 posi-
tions).
To give your baby the best possible
protection, we recommend using the
child restraint system in its rear-facing
position as long as possible. If there is
insufficient space for the child's legs,
then use the seat facing forwards, as
long as the child is at least 76 cm tall.
NOTE: Accident statistics show that
the safest way to transport a child in a
car seat is facing the rear. That is why
we recommend using this position as
long as possible.
The seat should only be used face for-
wards if:
- The child is over 76 cm tall.
- The child is over 15 months old.
- The headrest is in the 7th position
(minimum).
UsING THE REdUCER CUsHIONs
The pre-installed reducer cushions in-
crease baby safety and comfort.
To provide the child with more space,
remove the detachable reducers once
the child is 61 cm tall or 3 months old.
8/a.
Remove the reducer cushion by
first peeling back the headrest
cover from where they are located.
Remove the memory/visco-elas-
tic foam to clean the cover. Once
washed and dried, reinsert the
protectors in the cover.
REMOVING THE FABRIC
The fabric comprises 7 components
attached to the seat using hooks, clips
and snap fasteners. Once all the fas-
tenings have been undone, remove
them one by one and wash them.
To reattach the fabric, perform these
steps in reverse.
NOTE:
When you replace the belt
protectors, you must ensure that:
