ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS
7. Insert the rubber feet into legs. (see Fig. 6)
8. Place the stand on a level surface, and adjust it so that all of the legs are contacting
the floor, and are at similar angles to the floor. Tighten all of the bolts.
NOTE: The stand should not rock after all of the bolts have been tightened.
Bolt : M6x14 ,flat washer 6,spring washer 6 and hex nut M6.
ATTACH THE TABLE SAW TO THE STAND (Fig. 7)
WARNING: DO NOT OPERATE THIS MACHINE ON THE FLOOR. THIS IS A
VERY DANGEROUS POSITION.
• Place the stand on a level surface and level the stand to the floor.
• Place the table saw on top of the stand, aliging the holes in the base with the holes
in the stand.
• Place the flat washer before insert four hex bolts through the holes in the base and
the stand.
• Tighten all four bolts with hex key and wrench.
NOTE: DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN THE BOLTS THAT HOLD THE SAW TO THE
STAND. DOING SO WILL DAMAGE THE SAW BASE.
MOUNTING THE SAW TO ANOTHER SURFACE (Fig. 8-9)
• If the leg set will not be used, the saw must be properly secured to a sturdy
workbench using the four mounting holes at the base of the saw.
• The surface of the table where the saw is to be mounted must have a hole that
is large enough to facilitate sawdust fallthrough and removal.
• Square the saw on the mounting surface, and mark the locating of the four 3/8"
mounting holes (1).
• Drill 3/8" holes into the mounting surface.
• Mark a 11 x 11" (28 x 28 cm) square (2), centred between the four mounting
holes (1).
• Cut out and remove the square.
• This opening will allow sawdust to fall through the saw base.
• Fasten the saw to the work surface, matching the mounting holes of the saw to
the holes drilled in the work surface.
1
WARNING: FAILURE TO PROVIDE A SAWDUST FALL-THROUGH AND
REMOVAL HOLE WILL CAUSE SAWDUST TO BUILD UP IN THE MOTOR AREA,
WHICH MAY RESULT IN A FIRE HAZARD OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MOTOR.
NOTE: If there is a tendency for the stand or workbench to move during operation,
2
the stand or workbench must be fastened to the floor.
KEEPING THE AREA CLEAN
WARNING: ALWAYS KEEP YOUR WORK AREA CLEAN, UNCLUTTERED, AND
WELL LIT. DO NOT WORK ON FLOOR SURFACES THAT ARE SLIPPERY FROM
SAWDUST OR WAX.
Sawdust and wood chips that fall under the saw will accumulate on the floor. Make
it a practice to pick up and discard this dust when you have completed cutting.
