Troubleshooting guide

The motorisation must be disconnected from any power supply during cleaning and maintenance and when parts are replaced.

Replacing the remote control battery

The service life of the battery is generally 2 years.

2 Open the remote
control.
REPAIRS
- Check the remote control battery (see "Replacing the remote control
battery" below).
- Check the control unit aerial (wiring, position, see page 9).
- Check that there are no outside elements that may be interfering
with the radio signal (electric pylon, metal reinforced walls, etc.). If
this is the case, fit an offset aerial.
Memorise the remote control (see page 8).
Check the motor wiring (see page 7).
Press button for 2 seconds to reactivate the electronics.
- Check the power supply.
- Check the power supply cable.
Check the mains power supply.
Begin auto-programming of the gate leaf travel (see page 8).
- Check that there is nothing obstructing the cells.
- Check cell alignment.
- Check the cell wiring (see page 10).
- If the cells are deliberately disconnected, perform the procedure
"Deactivating automatic closing - returning to standard operation" on
page 14.
Check the accessories connected to the electronic unit's "START"
output.
Allow the electronics to cool down until the
continuously.
Check the accessories connected to the electronic unit's "BUS" output.
Check the accessory connected to the electronic unit's "24 V" output.
Check the wiring of the orange light (see page 11).
Check the motor wiring (see page 7).

Unscrew the gate leaf brackets and offset them slightly towards the
centre of the gate.
