Battery pack not inserted into charger.
Charger not plugged in.
Surrounding air temperature too hot or too cold. Move charger and battery pack to a surrounding air
Cutting wheel wobbling.
Cutting wheel is blunt.
Built-up edges on the cutting wheel.
Cutting wheel wobbling.
Cutting wheel is blunt.
Cutting wheel is not properly installed.
Cutting wheel is blunt.

Check battery pack installation.
