MODE D'EMPLOI
MISE EN ROUTE DE LA
MACHINE
Démarrer la machine en tournant
l'interrupteur général (1) sur '1'
en vérifiant l'allumage de
l'avertisseur lumineux (1A).
Lancer la motorisation four (3),
programmer les valeurs du
processus selon les besoins sur
le thermorégulateur et les
temporisateurs.
Pousser la touche d' insertion des
résistances (3A).
Attendre de 5 à 10 minutes afin
que les résistances du four
atteignent
la
température
programmée.
Lorsque la température de
fonctionnement est atteinte,
c'est-à-dire lorsque le voyant sur
le thermorégulateur s'éteint, il est
possible de travailler même si ce
dernier affiche des valeurs de
température différentes.
Sélectionner le cycle de travail
'Manuel' ou 'Automatique' (9) et
vérifier l'allumage de l'avertisseur
lumineux correspondant (10, 11).

METHOD OF USE
STARTING UP THE MACHINE
Start the machine by turning the
main switch (1) to '1', making
sure that the led (1A) lights up;
Start the tunnel motorisation (3)
and set the processing values
on the thermal regulator and on
the timers as needed.
Push the resistors switch-on
button (3A).
Wait 5÷10 minutes until the
tunnel heating elements reach
the set temperature.
When the operating temperature
has been reached, in other words
when the led on the thermal
regulator goes off, it is possible
to work, even if it displays
different temperature values.
Select the 'Manual' or 'Automatic'
work cycle (9) and make sure
that the corresponding led lights
up (10,11).

MASCHINENSTART
Die Maschine durch Drehen des
Hauptschalters (1) auf ‚1' starten
und überprüfen, ob sich die
Leuchtanzeige (1A) einschaltet.
Die
Ofenmotorisierung
starten, am Wärmeregler und an
den
Schaltuhren
Prozesswerte nach Bedarf
einstellen.
Drücken
auf
den
Knopf
für Widerstandseinschaltung(3A).
5-10 Minuten warten, bis die
Ofenwiderstände die eingestellte
Temperatur erreichen.
Bei
Erreichen
Betriebstemperatur, d.h. wenn
sich die Kontrollleuchte auf dem
Wärmeregler ausschaltet, kann
gearbeitet werden, auch wenn
der Regler unterschiedliche
Temperaturwerte anzeigt.
Den Arbeitszyklus ‚Manuell' oder
‚Automatisch' (9) wählen und
überprüfen,
ob
sich
entsprechende Leuchtanzeige
(10, 11) einschaltet.
