QUALIFICATIONS
DES OUVRIERS
Le travail avec la machine ne peut
être effectué que par un
personnel ayant les qualifications
définies ci-dessous :
Opérateur conducteur de
machine
Opérateur formé et habilité à
manoeuvrer la machine à travers
l'utilisation de l'interrupteur
général et de toutes les autres
commandes se trouvant sur la
machine elle-même, à monter la
bobine de film plastique, à
effectuer différents réglages
selon les formats à conditionner
et à arrêter et remettre en route
la machine.
Ouvrier chargé de l'entretien
mécanique
Technicien qualifié capable de
manoeuvrer la machine comme
l'opérateur conducteur et capable
en plus de la faire fonctionner
avec
les
protections
déconnectées
en
cas
d'intervention sur des organes
mécaniques pour réglages,
entretiens ou réparations.
Il n'est pas habilité à intervenir sur
les installations électriques sous
tension.
Ouvrier chargé de l'entretien
électrique
Technicien qualifié capable de
manoeuvrer la machine comme
l'opérateur conducteur et capable
en plus de la faire fonctionner
avec
les
protections
déconnectées
en
cas
d'intervention sur toutes les
installations électriques pour
causes
d'entretien
ou
réparation.
L'utilisateur
aura
responsabilité de choisir les
personnes qualifiées pour les
différents niveaux d'interven-
tion et de donner à ces
dernières la formation apte et
les consignes opérationnelles.

OPERATORS
Only workers possessing the
following qualifications may be
allowed to use the machine:
Machine operator
An operator trained and qualified
to operate the machine during
functioning, comprising the use of
the general switch and all the
various controls present on the
machine itself, assembly of the
roll of plastic film, various
adjustments depending on the
format of the goods to be
packaged, stopping and resetting
of the machine.
Mechanical maintenance man
A qualified technician capable of
running the machine like the
machine operator and also to
enable it to operate without the
protective devices in the case of
work on the mechanical parts for
adjustments, maintenance or
repairs.
He is not qualified to operate on
the live electrical systems.
Electrical maintenance man
A qualified technician capable of
running the machine like the
machine operator and also to
enable it to operate without the
protective devices in the case of
work on the electrical systems for
adjustments, maintenance or
repairs.

QUALIFIKATION
BEDIENUNGSPERSONALS
Die Arbeit mit der Maschine darf

Maschinenführer
Geschulte und zur Führung der
Maschine bei deren betrieblicher
Verwendung
zugelassene
Person, mittels Verwendung des
Hauptschalters
und
verschiedenen, an der Maschine
selbst
vorhandenen
Steuerungen, Montage der Rolle
für die Plastikfolie, verschiedene
Regelungen, die von den zu
verpackenden
Formaten
abhängen, Maschinenstopp und
–start.
Mechaniker
Qualifizierter Techniker, der die
Maschine
wie
Maschinenführer bedienen kann,
und zusätzlich für deren Betrieb
ohne
Schutzvorrichtungen
sorgen kann, falls Eingriffe an
mechanischen
Elementen
zwecks Regelung, Wartung oder
Reparatur vorgenommen werden
sollen.
Eingriffe an elektrischen, unter
Spannung stehenden Anlagen
darf er nicht vornehmen.
Elektroinstallateur
Qualifizierter Techniker, der die
Maschine
wie
Maschinenführer bedienen kann,
und zusätzlich für deren Betrieb
ohne
Schutzvorrichtungen
sorgen kann, falls Eingriffe an der
elektrischen Anlage zwecks
Wartung
oder
Reparatur
vorgenommen werden sollen.
Die
Haftung
für
Bestimmung der für die
verschiedenen Eingriffsstufen
qualifizierten Personen liegt
beim Benutzer, der auch für die
geeignete
Schulung
Betriebsanweisungen sorgen
muss.
