The refrigerant (Fluorocarbon R410A) for this unit is incombustible, non- toxic and odorless. However if the refrigerant is leaked and is contacted with fire, toxic gas will generate. Also because the fluorocarbon is heavier than air, the floor surface will be filled with it, which could cause suffocation. • Use the specified non-flammable refrigerant (R410A) to the outdoor unit in the refrigerant cycle. Do not charge material other than R410A into the unit such as hydrocarbon refrigerants (propane or etc.), oxygen, flammable gases (acetylene, etc.) or poisonous gases when in- stalling, maintaining and moving.
