INBETRIEBNAHME
16. Das Anschlusskabel in die Steckdose stecken.
Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit darauf achten, dass
die Steckdose geerdet ist.
17. Drücken Sie den Knopf "Ein/Aus".
18. Die Betriebs-Kontrolllampe blinkt.
19. Das Gerät ist betriebsbereit, wenn die Betriebs-
Kontrolllampe dauernd leuchtet. Gleichzeitig
ertönt ein Tonsignal.
20. Drücken Sie den Dampf- Ein/Aus-Schalter auf
dem Griff stück, um Dampf zu erhalten. Die
Dampf-Kontrolllampe leuchtet auf.
WICHTIG
Es dauert etwas, bis Dampf erzeugt wird:
- bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme
- beim Nachfüllen des Wassertanks
- bei jedem Austauschen der Kalkfi lter-
Kartusche.
WICHTIG
Die Betriebs-Kontrolllampe hat zwei
Funktionen:
- «Blinken»: Das Gerät ist noch nicht
betriebsbereit oder funktioniert nicht.
- «Dauernd leuchten»: Das Gerät ist
betriebsbereit.
WAHL DER
DAMPFMENGE
21. Bei jeder Inbetriebnahme des Geräts wird
automatisch die Dampfmenge "mittel"
ausgewählt. Um diese Auswahl zu ändern,
drücken Sie die Taste "Wahl der Dampfmenge".
22. Die produzierte Dampfmenge hängt von der
Anzahl der leuchtenden Kontrollleuchten ab:
A) 1 leuchtende grüne Kontrollleuchte: mini
B) 2 leuchtende grüne Kontrollleuchten: mittel
C) 3 leuchtende grüne Kontrollleuchten: maxi
Für jede Anwendung dosieren Sie Dampfabgabe.
Jede Position entspricht mehreren Anwendungs-
möglichkeiten. Nehmen Sie zum richtigen
Einstellen die Benutzungsvorschriften zu Hilfe.
GETTING STARTED
16. Plug the power cable into an earthed socket.
17. Press the On/Off button.
18. The power on light fl ashes to indicate that the
appliance is connected to the mains.
19. The appliance is ready when the power on light
is permanently on and when an audible signal
sounds to indicate that the appliance is ready to
supply steam.
20. Press the "on/off " button on the pistol handle to
ask for steam. The steam pilot light is on.
CAUTION
It may take some time until steam comes
out:
- the appliance is used for the fi rst time
- the water tank is refi lled
- the anti-scale cartridge has just been
changed.
CAUTION
The on/off pilot light has two functions:
- if pilot light is permanently on: the
appliance is ready.
- if pilot light fl ashes: the appliance is not
functional. No steam emission.
CHOICE OF STEAM
SETTING
21. The medium steam output is selected
automatically each time the unit is turned on.
To change this selection, press the steam
output selection button.
22. Steam output selection:
A) 1 green indicator light on: minimum
B) 2 green indicator lights on: medium
C) 3 green indicator lights on: maximum
You may choose the steam output level for each
cleaning situation. Each position corresponds to
several applications. The table will help you to
choose the right position.
