CONTROL LOGIC
The MCR controller provides control logics that optimise energy consumption and allow optimal environmental comfort conditions to be achieved.
OPERATING MODE
In order to maintain the compatibility of the user interfaces derived from the dedicated fan coil thermostats, the following functions have been assigned to the operating
mode:

OPERATION VALVE
The MCR controller, in its logic, always foresees the presence of valves in the chilled beams. The position of the probe can be managed both upstream and downstream of the
valves in line with the type of valve (two-way or three-way); to indicate the position of the water probe to the controller, dip 8 must be used.
In addition, the MCR simultaneously manages on/off and modulating valve actuators; it will be the responsibility of the installer to select and implement the electrical con-
nections required for the different cases.
It should be noted that for the use of modulating valves, it is necessary to supply the actuators through accessory power supplies or transformers.
 Note: Aermec can provide an integrated solution for pressure independent valve and modulating actuator applications.
