TEFLON WASHERS (T)

LOWER HANDLEBAR
Open HARDWARE FOR STEP 6.
A
FLAT WASHER (U)
Place 1 SPRING WASHER (B) and 1 FLAT
B
SPRING WASHER (B)
WASHER (U) onto BOLT (V).
BOLT (V)
Place 2 TEFLON WASHERS (T) on either
C
side of the LOWER LINK ARM before sliding
LOWER LINK ARM into bottom of LOWER
HANDLEBAR.
Slide the WASHER (B), WASHER (U) and
D
BOLT (V) through the LOWER LINK ARM and
secure with 1 NUT (W).
Repeat steps B–D on the other side.

NOTE: If hardware is not installed properly,
elliptical could squeak or creak during use.
