quantities, weight ranges, and appropriate recommendations. Cooking modes and
times have been pre-programmed for your convenience.

Instructions
Rinse and clean spinach. Put into a glass bowl
with lid. Do not add water. Put bowl in the
center of turntable. Cook covered. Stir after
cooking. Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
Slice the squash in half and remove the
seeds. Place the squash cut side down in
a microwave safe dish and cover with the
plastic wrap. If needed, add a ¼ cup of water.
Use a large glass ovenware dish with lid. Add
a double quantity of cold water (500 ml). Cook
covered. Stir before standing time and add
salt and herbs. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
