device with different geometric designs; slide the template device until the
correct shape is lined up in the head. Important, the shape template must
face outwards. Fasten the entire assembly by rotating the cap (10) onto the
threaded head rim.
4. Attach the tray (1) onto the neck of the mincing head.
5. The machine is now ready to start using the confectionery accessory and
you can now connect it to the mains.
6. Press the ON/OFF button (3) and the feed screw starts to turn. Insert the
confectionery dough you wish to process into the neck with the help of the
food pusher. The dough will start to exit the head, creating figures.
04. CLEANING
Unplug the grinder before cleaning.
For effective machine cleaning, first disassemble any accessories that are
installed.
Clean components in hot water, neutral soap and a kitchen scourer. The
accessories should be cleaned manually or in a dishwasher.
Dry accessories and components thoroughly with a clean kitchen cloth.
If you do not intend to reuse the machine immediately, clean and dry metallic
accessories and cover with a thin coat of kitchen oil. This will provide good
protection from corrosion.
WARNING
Never submerge the motor unit in water or other liquids. To the contrary, there is
a risk of death by electric shock. Do not use abrasive or solvent-based cleaning
