02. BEFORE USE
- Read this instruction sheet carefully every time you use the machine.
- Keep this instruction sheet for future reference.
- Check the machine is in good condition, paying special attention to the moving
parts. Should you detect any faults, contact the distributor where you purchased
the product.
- Before connecting the grinder to the mains, check that the voltage indicated on
the machine corresponds to the local mains voltage.
- Never leave the grinder unattended whilst it is operating.
- Unplug the machine after every use.
- Keep the grinder out of the reach of children.
- Clean all components that will come into contact with food before using them.
- People with physical, sensory or psychological disabilities can use this applian-
ce, as long as they are supervised by an adult and have been instructed in its
use.
- It is not recommend that the grinder be used continuously for longer than 15
minutes to ensure best performance.
Attention: The blades have been sharpened; take extreme care when handling
them to avoid accidents. Never insert hands into mincer openings. Neither
should you insert any objects into the appliance, other than the food pusher and
foods.
FUNCTION OF THE ELECTRIC GRINDER
This appliance has been designed solely for mincing meat and making sausages,
blending vegetables and fruits, grating foods and processing patisserie dough.
INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Place the electric grinder on a rigid, horizontal surface to avoid oscillations and
vibrations during operation. The machine must be installed away from moisture,
sources of heat and areas with inflammable material. Do not immerse the
machine in water or any other liquid.
