1. With the machine disconnected, attach the grating unit (e) to the motor
unit. Insert the head into the slot on the motor unit whilst pressing the
connection button (5), you will hear a click when it is attached (Figure 1).
Once attached, rotate the unit softly until the neck of the grater is locked
perpendicular (Figure 2)
2. Insert the drum (f) through the mouth of the grating unit, attaching it to the
motor unit output shaft. (Figure 3). The grating unit provides 4 grating drums
(fine grating, thick grating, fine cutting, undulating cutting).
3. The machine is now ready to grate and cut food.
4. Press the ON/OFF button (3) and the drum will start turning. Insert the
pieces of food into the neck with the help of the food pusher (g) included
with the grater.
3.6 Patisserie accessory instructions
(Sold separately)
1. With the machine disconnected, attach the mincing head (6) to the motor
unit. Insert the mincing head into the slot on the motor unit whilst pressing
the connection button (5), you will hear a click when it is attached (Figure 1).
Once attached, rotate the head softly until the neck is locked perpendicular
(Figure 2)
2. Insert the feed screw (7) through the mouth of the mincing head, attaching
it to the motor unit output shaft. (Figure 3)
3. Install the confectionery accessory so that its slot is seated on the cotter
