Using the Device
Charging the Battery
You can charge the battery at 800 mAh max. directly via the USB cable using an electric device with
a USB port or you can use a suitable 1A mains plug for charging with a socket. At the beginning of the
charging process, the LED will flash 3 times in blue and orange. During charging, the LED with orange
flashing shows a charge level of 3.5 V or less, with blue flashing a charge level of 3.5 V to 3.8 V is
indicated and with a blue and orange flashing a charge level of 3.8 V or more is reached. The device is
fully charged when the LED flashes 20 times in blue and orange.
Tips for Battery Power & Life
If the battery is not used for an extended period of time, it loses between 5% and 10% of its performance
after 3 months, 15% to 20% after 6 months, and 25% to 30% after one year, which is in line with
industrial standards and guidelines. We recommend recharging the battery at least every 3 months to
ensure a long life.
