Notes on maintenance
We recommend an annual Euroline maintenance check towards the end of each heating period in order to ensure the highest possible performance.
In addition to the general operating instructions, please observe any further instructions for additional components which may be fitted.
Warranty does not cover: – normal wear and tear
– inexpert operation
– damage caused by foreign components (other regulators, etc.)
– damage caused by aggressive steam
– oxygen corrosion caused by underfloor heating and not separating the system
– wrong electric mains connection
– wrong fuel
Notes on operation of the heating system
When using the digital unit, which is available as an accessory, the system is automatically controlled in accordance with the weather conditions
and the selected programming.
The water level or respectively the system operating pressure should be checked by the user at prescribed intervals. It may be necessary to top
up the water level so that the pressure gauge indicator moves into the green zone.
The safety valves must not be closed and a function test should be carried out.
Notes on putting the system out of action
Please note:
Switch off main switch on boiler operating panel and close off fuel supply.
If the system is to remain switched off for a long period the heating water and industrial water system should be drained off in order to avoid frost damage.
Notes on fuel
Only heating fuel oil EL in accordance with DIN 51603 may be used as heating fuel in this system.
If operating on gas the boiler may only be fitted with a natural gas burner or respectively a liquefied petroleum gas burner in accordance with
DVGW, Work Sheet G 260.
Notes on the boiler
The Euroline has been inspected and approved for operation on closed heating systems with a permissible flow temperature of max. 110° C in
accordance with DIN 4751.

Remarque importante pour votre sécurité
Le montage, la mise en service et la maintenance devraient être en règle générale exécutés par un ouvrier spécialisé.
Selon les prescriptions nationales légales respectivement en vigueur, le service des chaudières de chauffage est soumis à l'obligation de
déclaration et d'autorisation.
Respecter lors de l'installation les prescriptions applicables de sécurité des normes DIN, DVGW et VDE.
Remarque concernant la chambre de combustion / la chaufferie
Le local d'installation doit se trouver à l'abri du gel et être bien aéré.
Les orifices d'aération ne doivent pas être obstrués.
Attention!
Eviter que des vapeurs agressives se mélangent à l'air de combustion dans la chambre de chauffe (par exemple imprimeries, teintureries, salons
de coiffure, etc.).
Remarques concernant la maintenance
Une maintenance de l'Euroline par une société spécialisée s'impose après chaque saison de chauffe afin d'atteindre constamment un degré d'ef-
ficacité le plus élevé possible.
Observer les modes d'emploi complémentaires selon l'équipement installé, outre le mode d'emploi général:
La garantie est annulée dans les cas suivants:
– usure normale
– maniement erroné
– endommagements en raison de l'influence de composants externes (autres réglementations, etc.)
– endommagements provoqués par des vapeurs agressives
– corrosion par l'oxygène due au raccordement d'un chauffage au sol sans séparation du système
– connexion erronée au réseau secteur
– combustible erroné
