 Press the QP1QHH button repeatedly to scroll
through the available options: 3 SEC, 5 SEC,
10 SEC, 30 SEC, AND 60 SEC.
 Press the shutter release button to select an op-
tion.
 To exit the menu, press the QP1QHH button again
until the EXIT option appears and confirm your
selection by pressing the shutter release button.
