7. First steps

7.1. Switching on the camcorder

 Press the QP1QHH button to turn on the camcord-
er.
The display and the camera switch on after about 3
seconds and the camera is in capture mode.
NOTICE!
If the camcorder does not switch on, check
whether the battery has been inserted
properly and whether or not it is charged.
7.2. Switching off the camcorder
 Press and hold the QP1QHH button to switch the
camcorder off.
