Please use this chart to troubleshoot common problems using DM85.

Possible Causes
DM85 is not powered ON.
DM85 has not made a
connection with the Charging
Dock.
Charging Dock is unplugged
while DM85 is powered
ON, which causes battery
consumption.
The battery is completely
discharged.
DM85 is tangled with
something on the floor
(electrical cords, drooping
curtains, carpet fringe etc.).
When battery power gets
low, DM85 automatically
switches to Return to
Charger Mode and returns
to the Charging Dock to
recharge itself.
Working time varies
according to floor surface,
room complexity and the
selected Cleaning Mode.
Time Scheduling function is
cancelled.
DM85 is powered OFF.
The robot's battery is low.
DM85's components are
tangled with debris.

5. Troubleshooting

Solutions
Press and hold AUTO Mode Button on
DM85 to power ON.
Be sure that DM85 has made a
connection with the Charging Dock
Pins. You may move the robot
manually to make the connection if
necessary.
Plug in the Charging Dock and ensure
DM85 is powered ON. Keep DM85 on
the Charging Dock to make sure it has
a full battery to work at any time.
Re-activate the battery. Place DM85
on the Charging Dock by hand,
remove after charging for 3 minutes,
repeat 3 times; then charge normally.
DM85 will try various ways to get itself
out of trouble. If it is unsuccessful,
manually remove the obstacles and
restart.

Power ON DM85.
Keep DM85 powered ON and on the
Charging Dock to make sure it has a

Power OFF DM85, clean the Dust
