If the communication between the door panel and the video door phone is disturbed or absent, check that the
transparent fi lm covering the video door phone display has been removed. If the fi lm was removed and the audio
is still disturbed, try to activate the two audio channels (from the outside in and from the inside out) one at a
time.
After having received a call, briefl y press

to activate the audio channel towards the outside and speak to the caller. Release the button
listen.
