1. Lightly grease the threads of the two angle adjust plate fixing
bolts.
2. Lightly grease the tilt interfacing surface on both the Stem Riser
Post and the Angle Adjust Plate.
3. Assemble the Stem Riser Post components as depicted left.
4. Tighten to 6 Nm.
