G. RECOMMENDATIONS
Keep this instruction book for future reference. Always keep it in the compartment found
below the booster seat.
Make sure that any luggage is safely stored or secured in the vehicle as well as any other
objects that could cause injury in the event of an accident.
Whenever the iQUARTZ safety seat is in the vehicle, even if the child is not using it, is should
be secured with the seat belt, because in the event of an accident it could get flung about and
injure other occupants of the vehicle.
H. MAINTENANCE
Do not expose the upholstery to the sun for prolonged periods, when the safety seat is not in
use cover it up or store it in the boot of the car.
Clean the plastic parts with soap and warm water, and then dry all the parts thoroughly.
The upholstery can be taken off for washing. Follow the instructions below:
- Backrest: Unfasten the lower clips, pull the upholstery upwards and unfasten the upholstery
along the middle.

- Headrest: Unfasten the two clips on the lower part of the headrest and the two that fasten to
the upholstery of the booster seat. Pull the upholstery forwards and upwards.
- Booster seat: Place the seat in the maximum reclining position. Unfasten the two clips on
the front part. Remove the upholstery around the lap belt guide part and pull the upholstery
forwards.
For your own safety and for good maintenance of this product, it is important that you take it
to any of our official workshops for regular inspections.
