You must not position the device near open fireplaces, electric ovens/arc furnaces,
furnaces/electric heaters or other heat sources.
You must always keep a safety distance of 10 cm to any object, item or wall.
The electrical circuit in the socket must be secured to at least 16A. Only connect the
device directly to the wall socket; do not use any extension cords or power strips.
Place the device so that the plug is easily accessible and can be quickly removed
from its socket in case of necessity.

5.3 Operation

Before first use, fill the water tray up to ¾ with water and attach the glass cylinder
with the round wire mesh.
Connect the device to a grounded socket.
Turn on the device with the use of the ON/OFF switch.
The red power control lamp flashes up.
Shortly heat the water at highest level, then pull the power plug from the socket and
pour out the water.
After the device has cooled off, fill water tray with water once more and start up the
device according to the following instructions.
Fill the water tray up to ¾ with water and attach the glass cylinder with the round wire
mesh.
Attach the grid to the round wire mesh in the glass cylinder.
Place the sausages in the glass cylinder.
Set the lid on top of the glass cylinder.
Set the temperature control to highest power level in order to heat up the water. The
green control lamp flashes up.
Shortly afterwards, turn back the temperature control and adjust the desired
temperature. The heating control lamp goes out as soon as the set temperature has
been reached.
When turning back the temperature control too late, the residual heat of the heating
plate might result in a longer cooking time of water.
ATTENTION!
Regularly check the water level. You must not use the device without water at any
time!
At a lower temperature the heat of sausages can be kept.
