Risk of damage caused by improper cleaning agents. The use of
aggressive cleaning agents must be avoided. They may cause damage
to bearings, seals and plastic parts. The product may only be cleaned
with a damp cloth and mild soap.
2.4 Function
The MovoHooks 2Grip are available in the following designs:
• 10A71=* MovoHooks 2Grip made of aluminium with plastic-coated branches
• 10A81=* MovoHooks 2Grip made of stainless steel with plastic-coated
branches
All MovoHooks 2Grip are available in the following designs:
• *=LM12×1.5 left, with metric thread
• *=RM12×1.5 right, with metric thread
• *=L1/2"-20
• *=R1/2"-20
The MovoHooks offer the following advantages:
• Thanks to their robust design they largely withstand the effects of forces
and dirt.
• They allow for precise grasping even of small objects.
• They offer versatile gripping function.
A cable-control system is used to open the hook.
A pair of springs causes the hook to close automatically. The maximum
gripping width is approximately 100 mm. This enables the user to grip large
and cumbersome objects.
Two gripping force levels can be selected via the pair of springs. When
the spring lever is set to the proximal position, the gripping force is lower
(Fig. 1, pos. A). This setting is intended for ordinary everyday use and
requires less energy from the user.
When the spring lever is set to the distal position, the gripping force is
higher (Fig. 2, pos. B).
Oblong objects, e.g. a file without a handle, can be secured in the recess
between the two branches (Fig. 3).
