HEART CONTROL PROGRAM P8 H-SI
The user can set the program individually on the basis of his tar-
get heart rate. Once the device is switched on and the safety
key securely inserted, you can press the PROGRAM button to
select the heart control program P8 H-SI. If the user can set a

have entered and confirmed your values
The treadmill automatically sets the incline or speed to reach
and sustain the user's target heart rate after approx. 5 minutes.
After these 5 minutes, only the speed will be automatically
changed to maintain the target heart rate. It will attempt to
maintain the target heart rate at a precision of +/_4 beats.
During training, the user can still manually set the speed or incli-
ne. During the training, the time will count down from the total
time that was set as time for the training and cool down.
After finishing training, the treadmill automatically enters the
cool down program. The cool down program is set to 4 minu-
tes. In the first two minutes, the speed and the incline are redu-
ced by 50 %. In the last two minutes, the speed is reduced
again by 50 % and the incline reduced to 0 %.
In order to use the heart control program, the user must wear a
chest belt.
