3.
Connecting constructions which do not rest in
place flat and even, and crooked connecting con-
structions can cause distortions when screwing
them to the lifting columns.
Make sure that the connecting construction is manufactured
flawlessly, and rests in place flat and even on the lifting col-
umns.
Fig. 25: Load distribution
4.
Example: Connecting construction with four lifting col-
umns
n
Load per lifting column: 1000 N.
n
Theoretical total load F
tioned symmetrically in the middle of the connecting
construction.
n
If the load is shifted into a corner of the connecting con-
struction, the lifting column will have to bear almost the
entire 4000 N underneath this corner.
NOTICE!
All specifications on push and pull forces
relate to the individual lifting column. Take
into account a safety factor of up to 0.6 for
applications in synchronised groups!
Make sure that the total load is distributed evenly over all
lifting columns. Also take into account the load capacity of an
individual lifting column in the process.
