Checking that the blade guard
guide is parallel with the blade
For alignment of the WSC 40 to the cut, make sure no
deformation has occured on the handle bar on the wall
saw.
1 Mount the blade guard guide on the guide and
measure between each of the end wheels and the
blade. The measurement between the outside of the
wheel guide and the blade shall be approximately 102
+/- 2 mm.
2 If the difference is larger than 2 mm, take away the
guide and adjust the frame with an iron bar to get the
guide parallel to the blade.

Make sure that no objects are in the way.
1 Remove the blade and the blade flange according to
the operator's manual of the actual wall saw.
2 Make sure that the spindle hub is in the outer position.
It is not possible to attach WSC 40 if the hexagon shaft
is in the inner position.
