ELECTRICAL CONTROL COMPARTMENT
115 volt single phase to unit.
Remove side panel

Reinstall side panel

Water solenoids are properly bracketed and

not leaking

ly installed
Water feed lines intact without leaks

GAS FINAL CHECK
Inlet pressures to the appliance are 7---14" WC
j
for Natural gas or 12---14" WC for Propane gas
Manifold pressures are 3.5" WC for Natural
j
gas or 10.0" WC for Propane gas
Gas line properly secured

Regulator Assembly
"Y" Fitting
Cold water supply
Check for leaks using leak detection solution

Units with casters must use the gas hose re-
j
straint provided with the flexible hose
OVEN OPERATIONAL TESTS
NOTE: Checks to be made by customer or autho-
rized service agent.
Cool Down Mode (if applicable)
Turn Switch to COOL DOWN position and verify
j
that the motor operates with the door open.
Combi Mode (if applicable)
Turn to COMBI mode, set thermostat to 350_F
(177_C) and verify:
Steam generator flushes and fills
j
Steam generator preheats to 175_F (79_C)
j
then switches to hot air
When hot air reaches 350_F (177_C) hot air
j
shuts off and steam comes on
Steam Mode (if applicable)
Remove control panel, set to STEAM mode and
verify:
Check timer operation in both positions
j
1. Set timer in position other than ON, timer
should count down
2. Set timer in ON position, oven should op-
erate continuously without timer
Run light (power light) turns on
j
Unit produces steam, window fogs, door seal
j
does not leak
Quenching system working
j
Hot Air Mode (if applicable)
Turn to HOT AIR mode and set thermostat to
400_F (205_C) and verify:
Heat demand light is on
j
Oven is heating properly
j
Heat lights shuts off at 400_F (205_C) and
j
oven maintains 400_F (205_C)
