5.4.3 SD301 configuration
Three parameters are set here (Fig. 34):
– Language (corresponding to the loaded
language pack)
– System display brightness
– Time until the screen saver mode is acti-
vated.

The language and brightness are selected by
touching the corresponding buttons. The cur-
rent setting is displayed inversely.
Touching the number field for time setting
opens the key pad (Fig. 35). The switch-off
time can be set in whole minutes between a
range of 1 to 60 minutes.

The main menu bar contains the Display,
System Test and System menu items.
Touching one of the menu buttons calls up
the corresponding menu.
The corresponding main menu button will be
displayed inversely as long as the submenu is
visible. If a submenu option has been select-
ed, then the main menu button has a thicker
border and is thus identified as the active
menu item.
6.1 Display
This menu option contains the Actual Values
and Standard options.
In the upper row of the display field, both of
the options show:
– The application number A
– The step number S of the application
– The quality code QC of the application,
which is defined by the user
– The result evaluation OK/NOK.
