For Your Safety:
• Before starting the training, check with your GP that you are
fit for training with this device. The doctor's findings should
form the basis for the setup of your training programme.
Incorrect or excessive training may damage your health.
• Systems to monitor your heart rate can be imprecise. Excessi-
ve training may result in serious damage to your health or
death. Should you feel dizzy or weak, stop the training
immediately.
