Error messages

If an error occurs, this is displayed in the status display (30)
Err04
(e.g., motor has overheated).
Display ErrXX
If an error occurs, the heating for AIR and PLAST as well as the drive motor are switched off.
If this does not happen, disconnect the device from the mains immediately!
Subsequent procedure for drive status display (30)
• Note the error code
• Loosen the drive locking device (4) and release the on/off switch for drive (2)
• Switch off the main switch (1)
Put the device into operation again and ensure that the handheld extrusion welder is not being overheated
from the outside
• If possible, remove the remaining plastic from the screw
• If the error occurs again, the device must be sent to the service center with the error code to be checked.
The following errors are detected by the device:

If the drive is overheated by external influences or because the PLAST temperature is too low, the internal
temperature protection switches the drive off (see
Start-up protection for drive
The drive motor is secured against starting independently after errors, e.g., overheating
display appears in the drive status display (30), while the drive motor remains in the blocked state. After resolving
the error, press any key on the operating unit (32). The "Press any key" display goes out in the drive status
display (30).
