If you can't push down the protruding Wedge/driver blade, then put your hands on
top of the vertical column and give a shock down. An audible "clack" sound should
confirm the hammer is unlocked.
Try to apply procedure I.5.C
remove the distributor and be able to remove the jammed hammer. If the distributor
head can't be removed, apply again a shock down and try to remove the distributor.
5.F

OPENING THE SIDE PANEL

Flat span N.10
Unscrew of 1 turn both screws of the drawer panel with a N.10 flat span.
DO NOT REMOVE THESE SCREWS
Then open the drawer to have access to the air pressure regulator knob.
5.G

LUBRICATING THE HORIZONTAL COLUMNS

Flat span N.10
Clean cloth with lubricant spray such as WD40
Engine car oil
Refer to chapter I.5.A SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS(page 19) for safety instructions.
Open the side panel as explained in the chapter I.5.F OPENING THE SIDE PANEL (page
22).
Clean with clean cloth the 2 horizontal columns and apply some engine car oil on
them.
REMOVING THE DISTRIBUTOR HEAD (page 20) to
Never push with your finger on a protruding wedge, they are very sharpened!!!
