In order to avoid unnecessary costs, ensure that the problem occurring in the machine is not included in the following
table before calling the servicing department.
DEFECT
The appliance does not function and the
indicator light (10) is off.
The appliance functions correctly but
ground coffee is not dispensed.
If the motor moving the grinders breaks down, a pop-up
message will appear on the grinder display to warn the user:
M O T O R K O
If the message remains, switch off the machine and the
switch it back on to attempt to restore correct functioning.
If this does not work, contact technical assistance.
The measure grinder has recently completed the grinding
phase; by operating one of the sensors for a new dose of
coffee, the following message will appear:
The measure grinder will automatically unblock when the
key enabled on the machine is pressed or when the two
minutes of waiting time have elapsed.
15. Malfunctions – Faults
No electricity.
Coffee hopper (2) not placed properly.
Thermal protector has cut in.
Coffee beans receptacle gate (3) closed
Maintenance
This message indicates that "residue doses" set by the
technician are about to reach 0 (zero), which means the
grinders must be replaced.
The message with related countdown indicated by the
number in the lower line is displayed after pressing the
dose icon and it remains on the display for a few seconds.
Contact technical assistance as soon as possible to replace
the grinders.

Check that the electricity is on.
Check the position of the mains switch
(11).
Reposition the hopper (2) so that it closes
the safety switch.
Wait until the appliance has cooled down.
Push the gate (3) towards the inside to
open the passage of the coffee to the
grinder.
