3.1. Scope of delivery

● Safety shut-off (two-piece)
● 1 pc 2-core silicone cable – temperature resistant up to 150 °C (3 m)
● 2 pc 2-core silicone cable – temperature resistant up to 150 °C (1.5 m)
● 8 pcs rounded head screws M3 x 6 cm
● 8 pcs contact washers M3

3.2. Product functions

If a heavy towel that is heavy enough is placed on the sauna heater, the CP-R-SWL
safety shut-off turns the sauna heater off. This way, the safety shut-off prevent
fires. A sauna heater in the Concept R series, which is equipped with one of the
CP-R-SWL safety shut-offs, passes the cover test in accordance with paragraph
19.101 of EN 60335-2-53 and may be used with a sauna control unit with remote
start or preset time functions.
The CP-R-SWL safety switch-off is installed in the cover frame

of the sauna heater. It can only work if the weight of the depos-
ited object is pressing down on the cover frame. When the full
weight of the object is on the sauna stones and/or the ceramic
bowl, the safety shut-off of the sauna heater does NOT switch off.
The safety shut-off only turns the sauna heater off if
the sauna heater is completely covered by a towel that
is heavy enough.
