Use a suitable blade.

Initially apply a thin, even layer of Armaflex 520 adhesive to the Armaflex strip of the pump's
motor flange.
Check the flash off time with your fingers!

Strips must overlap by approximately 10 mm. Whilst doing so, ensure condensate drainage
outlets on the pump housing are not covered!

Apply a thin, even layer of Armaflex 520 adhesive to the slot surfaces of the sensor cable duct.
Subsequently insert the cable into the slot and press the adhesive surfaces together by apply-
ing moderate pressure (wet bonding).
Avoid movement of the sensor cable as a result of tension!

Press the connection surface onto the motor flange (wet bonding).

Place the tape with the upper cut edge against the contour of the transition from the mo-
tor housing to the ClimaForm and apply moderate pressure to press it down from top to
bottom over its entire surface along the adhesive seam. Press the tape into the recessed
part of the ClimaForm using a flat scraper.

Either cut off (1) the excess tape or fold it over (2).
